A cry for compassion

When a mother struggles to protect her baby amid severe hardship, humanity must not look away.

Christian Council of Clergies Worldwide · Motto: “Serving Christ, Guiding Nations.” · In strategic affiliation with the Christian Association of Clergies in Nigeria (CACN)

The Council expresses deep concern over reports of mothers and infants experiencing heartbreaking suffering amid humanitarian hardship in Chad. Behind every struggling mother is a family in need of food, clean water, medical care, safe shelter and compassionate support.

Today, CCC Worldwide appeals to your Christian faith and humanity: please do not let these families suffer alone.

“Bear ye one another’s burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ.”

Galatians 6:2 (KJV)

Matthew 25:40 further reminds us that serving those in need is an expression of service to Christ. Faith should inspire practical compassion, responsible generosity and meaningful humanitarian action.
